What we build
Five disciplines, all of them handled by our own staff from survey through installation. We do not broker fabrication to another shop, and the crew that installs your sign works for the company that built it.
The practical consequence is accountability. When a cabinet arrives with a colour that reads wrong against the brick, or a panel lands a half inch off the mullion, there is no argument about whose problem it is. That is worth more on a difficult site than any single capability in the list below.
Architectural Signage
Monuments, pylons, building identification and dimensional letters. Engineered drawings, wind-load calculations, and foundations designed for your soil report rather than a catalogue detail.
Wayfinding Systems
Nomenclature study, sign-type schedule, message schedule, then hardware. Modular construction so renaming a department costs an insert rather than a panel.
Channel Letters & Storefront
Front-lit, reverse-lit and halo-lit letter sets built to UL 48, plus blade signs, awning graphics and landlord design-guideline submittals.
ADA Interior Signage
Room identification, egress and occupancy signage with raised copy and Grade 2 Braille, in finishes that match the interior design package.
Vehicle Graphics
Partial and full wraps, cut lettering and reflective markings for service fleets, installed in a heated bay for proper vinyl adhesion.
Service & Repair
Lamp and power-supply replacement, face repair, repainting and storm damage on signs we built and on signs we did not. Scheduled maintenance available.

Permit review is the stage that moves most, and it is the stage we control least. Multi-site programmes such as a school district or a retail centre are scheduled differently — see the project write-ups for how those were sequenced.
